Really fast SU idle 140-160

If it is too rich it will flood, drip gas and maybe die. Will not make it idle
too fast. Idling too fast is because of too much AIR. Like Al says, make sure
your throttles are able to close ALL the way and that your linkage and return
springs can make this happen. If it is still too fast (and it SHOULD die if
the throttles are all the way shut) you have air sneaking in from somewhere
else. If you have ruled everything else out (plugging hose connections, etc)
think about rebushing the carbs or in case of HIF6, getting new throttle shaft
seals.
