What do you mean a pre-heat manifold? Intake or exhaust? Intake, I'll guess.

The air intake manifold on the equivalent Volvo Penta marine service engines include coolant passages.

You may be able to use a B230 air intake manifold from 1984-1988 with LH-Jetronic 2.2 from other 240s and 740s with turbo. Unless yours is a turbo.

Yet marine service engine usually are carburetor-equipped and are not compatible with fuel injection.

Where are you? Try any of the salvage yards?
