'Stage Zero' Performance Upgrades

Thanks for the reply. I looked at the turbobricks site and the article about the 240 was helpful. I tried to follow the link to “http://www.mcbrooms.com/volvo/fast700.htm” from the turbobricks site, but it wouldn't load...

I'm looking at a 1993 940 turbo wagon tomorrow. It has under 100k and I plan to flush all fluids, replace with synthetics, and build up from there.

I'm really new to all this. (I'm actually reading some library books about automobile engines.) So I'm not sure where to start. I'm looking at various IPD upgrades, but I"m still figuring out a schedule for the upgrades, what to do first, second, etc...

I'll look into the ecu chips. Any other suggestions?
