I've been feeding you specifics for what going on three years now? The fact is you don't want to hear anything that conflicts with what you assume to be true; "rah, rah, we're number one (insert red, white and blue pom poms and 03V doing the splits here) that is all you want, that is all you will hear because that is how you have been trained.

The fact is that our foreign policy was hijacked in the 1870's/80's by institutions that originally weren't even supposed to have a "right" to exist. Since then our country has largely been behaving like a big drunk stumbling around a bar spilling drinks, grabbing asses and snatching hot wings off of everyone's plate. We've been popped in the jaw a couple of times along the way but for the most part we have gotten away with it and all for the benefit of a select few. You wan't details? But you don't really want details, you don't want facts, you want violence and jingoism that's what you want and that's all you really want. The guy who didn't even realize that Islam is an old testament religion feels qualified to condemn Islam; the guy who thinks that the weight of the atmosphere causes gravity is going to tell me all about how it is!
