'94 850 Cruise Control Problem 850 1994

Nope, we had the brake switch and the vacuum leak issues on different occassions but even with these problems, the intermittent issue doesn't happen like in your case. Have you tried the Cruise Control Relay? Could be going bad. It's the large relay labeled 101, 102 (like the size of 2 relays and labeled with both numbers) in the larger Electronic Control Panel in the Engine Compartment. Make sure to disconnect the negative battery lead before tampering with relays. You'll need your radio code if you do this.

Good luck!
