front misalignemnt after new tires installed V70-XC70

hello all
I have a slight misalignemnt after installing 2 new front tires; car pulls to the right; pressure looks ok @38 psi
is it possible that tires are different in dimensions (same brand, type)
what could have gone wrong while installing ?
