Throttle Body Problem?

Sometimes happens on non-electronic throttle bodies and idle air motors - due to built up dirt - without there being a problem with bad parts. Would it be easy to clean the non-electronic parts of air intake/throttle body path?

Another possibility (assuming you have an automatic trans) is the torque converter was in lockup and slow to release. Does it happen if you start then stop before reaching the upper gears?
