I just replaced my cap and rotor with Bosch from FCPGroton. These seem expensive, but the aftermarket stuff isn't much less and the Bosch are built extremely well. The cap box is even "Volvo". For plugs a lot of people go with the Volvo recommendation and skip the expensive stuff.
