hi,
i work for volvo. if you come in and ask to have your srl reset then they should do it ,there is NO liabilty on the dealership just because they reset the light but you did the service.after all they have not signed your service book have they? they are of course quite entitiled to charge you for reseting your srl, but i guess now you know the secret you wont need them to anyway...
