P0133 code O2 sensor: HELP 850

What year, what engine? I have a chart for the R codes to volvo codes. I've found that the P code labels are usually way too generic. usually we only see slow response code in the rear sensor. I've seen O2 sensor codes w/ perfectly good sensors. Intake air leaks, exhaust leaks, engine carbon causeing uneven compression or a bad cat can cause o2 sensor codes
