Rear hatch latch problem V70-XC70 2001

My 2000 V70 wagon had a recall for replacement of hatch hinge. Perhaps you have the same problem. Might be a "secret warranty", meaning they don't have to fix it for free unless you specifically ask if there is a secret warranty on it - evil, huh?
