Volvo 01 V70XC eng. fan doesn't shut off V70-XC70 2001

Thanks to the three of you. I printed up the fan recall document from the NHTSA site. The dealer is replacing the defective parts under warranty.

I was suprised by the other problems found on this car with only 60,000 miles. An upper engine mount needs replacing (replaced once before two years ago), a lower transmission mount needs replacement, and some turbo oil seals need replacing (replaced once before also). The lower front control bushings were also replaced once before. Are these indicative of the current reliability of Ford vehicles?
