When you change the bulb for the trip computer, change the 4 bulbs for the instrument at the same time.
If you have a bad O2 sensor, the DTC will say so. Your gas milage will go down hill and make you want to replace it.
The spark plugs are easy. Long plug socket w/ratchet. Take off the plastic Volvo cover on top of the motor and all will be revealed.

The seat belt is jammed. Try to put more of the belt into the B pillar and then pull it out slowly, without force. If that doesn't work, remove the cover over the B pillar and free things up. Lube the metal spring with wd40 while you are there.
