850 abs light/headlights problem 850 1995

I have a 95 850 turbo with about 124k miles. My ABS light, headlights, tail lights, and turn signals aren't working. They all go out together so I thought it was a fuse but they're fine. my high beams still work, but I have to hold the switch when I'm driving at night. It doesn't happen a lot, usually if I turn off my car and start it again it'll be fine. I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem.
