Tina,
I just looked at my 854, and the hose comes up the pass side hinge to the hood. The T is under the insulation under the hood. Use a nickle to loosen the center fastener and you will be able to reach the T.

If you recently waxed the hood, it is probable that wax got in the nozzle and hardened. Use a small safety pin to remove the wax.
