Thanks for the reply!! 850

I was thinking nobody was hearing me! Thanks for the reply volvo945. I have never replaced the o2 sensors. The last time I had the codes cleared it was the rear one and this time it was the front one (both codes). Just makes me think the codes mean nothing since the rear did not send the code this time. It sent one a year ago and nothing since. Now the front is doing it. Dunno, at $185 each I hate to replace them both if nothing will come of it.

I fixed the leak at the overflow res (good old JB weld!!:)and it still is doing the same thing. I had to drive it for over half an hour today to get it to do it again. It seems like you have to let it sit just long enough to get it to not start. When I had it good and hot, I turned it off and back on about three times and it worked OK. The forth time I waited about 30-45 seconds and it did it. Kind of started then a pooof and it died and would not start again. Almost like a vapor lock, I guess. I tried to bleed a little gas from the valve stem looking thing at the end of the injectors/fuel line. Gas came out but it did not help. I picked up a fuel filter and will be putting that on tommorow morning. I think I replaced it last time it was doing this but I'm not sure. I figure it won't hurt.

I wish someone could chime in on that code for the throttle position sensor. I don't have a clue what that is.

Thanks again for the input.
