Remote Key Lock Not Working 850 1993

I've had some similar issues with the refusal of the car to lock or unlock. In my case, it is when there is an object that is preventing the door from seating naturally, ie, when I've got a large box jammed in the rear seat or in the hatch portion that is actually pressing against the door. When I get rid of the obstructing object the problem seems to disappear. Might check that you are getting a good seal on all doors.
