help in understanding fault codes 850 1994

Did you actually have someone turn over the engine while you were looking at the timing belt. A lot of time the teeth will just strip off so when you take off the cover the belt is still in place and looks fine but the teeth could be stripped. Is the engine turning over faster? If it seems so then belt could be broke.
