you will probably also need to replace the ECU with the one from the 20 valve,also may have to do some wiring. the engine itself will fit right in, how about putting the 10 valve head on the good 20v motor block and installing it that way? the head should also bolt right on I would think, but you will have to change the timing belt back to the 10v configuration.

just an idea, hope it helps.
