Disabling an S60

What can I do to disable an S60, i.e. to reduce the possibility of theft. It's going to be stored for long periods in place where it couldn't be trucked out by a thief, but could conceivably be somehow hot-wired. What part should I take out to keep it from running? In the old days it was the distributor cap and rotor but those are gone. I'd like to leave the battery in so that the alarm will still work as well as the little flashing light on the dash. I hoping for something that's fairly easy to take out and put back.
