Wheel size affecting speedometer accuracy? 850 1995

the bigger tires/rims would only cause about 1-3 mph difference in the speedo, i went down a size on my tires and now my speedo reads about 2 mph faster. smaller daimeter tires do more rpms than bigger tires.

the bigger the tire the less revolutions it will make and this will give you a difference of only a few mph slower in the speedo.

going from 15->16 rims would not cause a 7 mph difference.

Dan
