Wheel size affecting speedometer accuracy? 850 1995

Two questions:

Wasn't it the 1995 850 that was originally equipped with 15-inch rims and later changed to 16-inch rims? And if the car now has 16-inch rims, how does this affect speedometer accuracy? I'm sure this has been answered somewhere, but a search failed to find the thread.

I need to know because (please don't laugh, this is very upsetting to me) today I received a speeding ticket for going 67 mph and I know according to my carefully watched speedometer, I never exceeded 60. End result, my first ticket in 45 years! Now I know one ticket isn't the end of the world, but since I KNOW how fast I (think I) was going, I'm curious to know whether my speedometer is off and would having larger rims make a 7 mph difference?
