Do I need 2 new Tires V70-XC70 2000

If you haven't already, make sure the tire was the only thing that was damaged. You didn't say in your post whether or not you've had the steering/suspension/brakes checked for damage, so I'd thought say something.

And I'm assuming this is NOT an AWD model -- if it is, you should replace tires in pairs, at the very least.
