S80 T6 Starter problems S80 1999

A & C Transmission Specialists in Edmonton, AB Canada fixed my car. They extended & moved the battery cable away from the speed sensor on top of the transmission, and the car starts normally every time now! It has been 1 month without my car. It is great to get it back. In 2 years when we leave Canada it will be time to change cars. I am seriously considering not replacing with Volvo. It's a shame, I love my car, when it works. This one month of horror will not fade from my memory soon. I was beginning to think it was good for nothing but the junkyard. They had to get a longer cable & they followed the outline of the car for the battery cable. It works! It works! It works!
