The door lock problem can be found in the V70 discussion threads. Basically it's the door lock solenoid module in the door. I had the same problem with 2 doors in my '98 S70. The part is about $120 bucks per door, or if you feel adventurous you can take the thing (module) apart and attempt a repair on your own (sounded too ugly for me)
