If you also have no AC, first check the main fuse. The resistor pack also has a fuse built into it, this is what went bad on mine. It is soldered into the circuit outside the ceramic resistor pack. If this fuse is "open" it is easy to wire-in an inline fuse. I am using a 10 amp fuse in place of the original. I also have located the fuse in the glovebox by running the wires through the back of the resistor pack. You also might want to lubricate your heater fan so it turns easier, which was the cause of the problem in the first place.
