Intermittent A/C clutch-HELP!

Your symptoms sound exactly like low R-134, and you cannot accurately diagnose this with a low pressure reading. I suggest you add a small amount and see if the cycling problem stops. The odds are about 95% that you have an evaporator leak and are low on R-134.
