The click noise is normal as the soleniod getting power and activated to release the shifter from Park position.

The Up Arrow in Park position could be the ECON/SPORT switch or PNP, not sure... First thing to do is to check any code stored from the DTC unit located right in front of the ECM box/right behind the passenger side headlight.
