Replace One Front Caliper or Both? 850 1997

I need to replace/rebuild (I think I have decided to replace) my front right caliper. My question is can I just replace the one (front right) or do I need to replace the left at the same time?

Just in case I change my mind and go the rebuild way how hard is it to rebuild a caliper? Hours?

I hope someone can help. Thanks.
