Compressor no longer cycled S70 1998

Since every car I've had in the past behaves this way I assume it is correct. That is to say, only the inside HVAC thermostat should be cycling the copmpressor. I think.

Oh, and you seem to have it backwards: the pressure drops when the compressor is running and rises when off. Sounds backwards I know, but turn the A/C off entirely and you'll see what I mean. Note this is on the low side port.
