Oxygen Sensor Question 850 1997

I have a 97' 850R with 40k miles. Two weeks ago I got a check engine light. I read the code and got a P0133 code. I cleared it and it was fine for about 10 days. This morning I got the same code again. Should I consider replacing the O2 sensor? Also I assume that the code implies this is the front sensor. I noticed that both times the check engine light has gone on it been cold out
(14 degrees F). I know these sensors are heated, would temp. have anything to do with the code (slow response)?

Thanks,

Craig
