Precisely. I don't mind a few problems but I expect to be treated ..... Aaaahh, forget it. The car sucks, the service sucks and I'm about to become a permanent X-customer plus I will continue to warn many more. This kind of negative advertising can kill a brand. Volvo is on the way.....
