Problem with that is that with my current rear shocks, I can't just get bilsteins or konis without replacing the springs, and my fronts are doing fine, it is just one of the rears that is acting up. So for my rare instance the only semi-cheap way (less than $100) is to get some used nivomat shocks.
Normally you can change out just the shocks, which I was going to do untill I found out that the springs on the nivomat equiped 850's can not bare enough weight to get regular shocks.
