Headlight washer doesn't 850 1996

There is a 3-way valve (with a anti-backflow valve in it). Its clogged and needs to be replaced. Very common for HL washers and for the other one for the windsheild washers. The check-valve for the HL washers is behind and under the right side headlight. Haynes manual explains and also in Volvospeed maintenance on the web.
Cheap to replace but expect a few cuts on your hands as it is tight to get to.
