Headlight washer doesn't 850 1997

I've just noticed I'm not getting any water out the headlight washer nozzles, although the windshield washer are squirting fine. I looked around the engine compartment, but didn't see anything amiss, but I don't know quite where to look or what to look for.

Any troubleshooting ideas?
