Mechanical Timing belt tensioner procedure?

RayN-thanks for the update! It comes down to spending $300 at the dealer or possibly $3500 later if "I" screw it up! I found some archiving info that indicates the new style tensioner/belt can go up to 105K! By the looks of my belt at 74K I would agree---the dam thing had little surface wear from the tensioner pulley and the tooth profiles were nice and clean, no apparent cracks and basically no belt dust around. My 740 went 95K before I changed that so I would say 90-100K on this would be OK!
