Mechanical Timing belt tensioner procedure? V70-XC70

Guys-went to do the belt this weekend and was suprised to find my 98V70R AWD has
a mechanical tensioner, not hydraulic as outlined in the Bay 13. Belt looked great so I buttoned it back up! Anybody have or know where I can get the prcedure on how to loosen/adjust for putting in a new belt. Almost looks like the type on the ole 90 740 I had. Or is it time for the dealer?
