The toe adjustments seem to be correct. Total toe may be correct but incorrect toe of one or both sides will result in an off centered steering wheel position when going straight. For each side, measurement and adjustments of toe are made with the steering wheel centered as the reference point (...I think alignment marks on the steering rack are used).
