I have the "old-style" replaceable bushing and simply took a drift and a hammer and tapped around the periphery of the OD. Each wack moved the bushing about a 32nd of an inch. In five minutes I had the thing out of there--no hacksawing. Pressed the new one in with a threaded rod and some large sockets.
