will not shift 850 1996

Any lights illuminated on the dash? The orange up arrow light will flash
if the transmission detects an error. The transmission then locks into
3rd gear (limp home mode). I think reverse works, too, in this case.

Also, winter mode will lock it to 3rd. This causes the orange arrow to
just stay on (no flashing)
