THE BALL JOINTS THEMSELVES DID NOT BREAK. THE "EARS" , OR WHATEVER YOU CALL THEM, ON THE HUB THAT THE BALL JOINT CLAMPS IN BROKE OFF ON BOTH WHEELS. THIS IS CAST METAL.
