Cold Start S70 1998

Greetings all-

When I start my brick in the morning there tends to be a little idle hesitation. I'll let the car warm up for a few and when I accelerate, the car hesitates (almost dies). Once the car is rolling, and reaches 3.5 RPMs its fine. The car only has 58M miles so it’s still new and I run 91-octane gas. I upgraded the ECU with the IPD power pack in June and have had no problems until recently. Im good about following the scheduled maintenance and even run Synthetic oil. Any suggestions on what it could be. Advice is greatly appreciated.
