Inconsistent transmission V70-XC70

It is normal, it's called neutral control. We get a lot of complaints about hard shifting in low milage new cars, your Transmission control module adapts itself to your driving. It learns how to shift from how you drive, maybe it needs to be reset because it was taught wrong. BTW, it takes 15-20K to adapt.
