s70 problems? S70

I have owned many 240's over the years and consequently I know relatively little about the newer models. My parents are considering an s70, 4 door, 1998, 41k mileage, retailing for $12990.
I'm wondering what items I need to be concerned about since I might well be providing maintenance and repairs? Price about right? Any and all replies appreciated. Thanks to all in advance.
