Brake Problem? 850

the ol'brick has developed a noise while stopping. its a vibration that hums until completely stopped. i'm wondering if this is a problem, developing problem, or no big deal. its a 97, pads look ok and rotors do too. there are 17in titan wheels on it, (not sure if that's a factor or not). Any info would help.
