A new 2002 XC with Premium, Cold Weather and Touring Packages (I assume that the 2001 was equipped the same as 95% of XCs come with at least these 3 packages) plus Metallic Paint, lists for $40,925. And this is assuming that it does not have a thrird seat and/or integrated booster seats. At that MSRP< they normally sell for about mid to high $38K.
