ANyone with 98 R model.. or Service specialist--need some Tech/info

I am trying to repair my 98 R wagon, and am needing some info. First, the body shop that repaired the frame and suspension, did a slack job, so I am trying to fix it. My car sits higher in the front than in the back (top of tire to the fender: 2 inches in the back, 4 in the front), any ideas? could an extreme misalignment cause that (tires are way out and stuff). How high SHOULD it be from the ground to the fender above the tire??? Second... My battery was disconected, now when reconnect, the ABS, CHeck Engine, and Service Soon, and SRS lights come on in the dash, soes it just need to be reset with a diagnostic tool?? the airbags did not deploy, the wreck was not that bad, but my whole suspension, brakes and steering were replaced, anything I need to check for???? I need to get this thing DONE!! its been over a year since I wrecked it, and I only now have time to work on it. Email me PLEASE if you can help. alltracpete@hotmail.com

THANKS!@!!!! pete
