Isn't Cruise Control supposed to be standard equiptment? 850 1994

Thanks for the quick reply but what I meant to ask is - Isn't Cruise Control supposed to be standard equiptment? All literature I have seen has suggested that it is.

Thanks anyhow - I got it isn my current car and I love it too - that's why I am hoping I can replace the turn signal switch and magically have cruise.
