Turn signal and hazard relays are integrated into the hazard switch. you're going to need to replace both switches. You'll probably find the headlamp switch comes apart in three pieces. some people have to repair the light switch by careful cleaning of the contacts and lubrcaiting the moving parts, then glue the switch housing together. some have reoaired the turn signal flasher by caeful disassembly and cleaning of the switch remove hazard switch, either by gently prying with a plastic trim tool, or you can slip the radio out. DONT unplug the radio unlless you have the code. reach into the radio hole and grasp it and pull it toward you.
