Replacing the hub is not a lot of fun, and a good locking tool is required. The torque is close to 70lbs!

The problem is the correct positioning required by the hub.

I would wait for an error code before replacing anything like that. Who knows, it may be a CVVT solenoid, much easier to clean/replace.
